Vantive Therapy Services

A team of Vantive nurses and trained technicians reviews your therapy information and calls
you if they spot something that could be adjusted. If there is a question about your cycler 
or an alarm you keep seeing, this is who you'll hear from. Answering helps us solve small issues 
before they become big ones.

Pinpoint Delivery

Know exactly when your supplies are arriving via Vantive fleet deliveries. Track your supply delivery in real time with SMS updates and your driver’s estimated arrival time. This number sends text updates only — it cannot receive calls or replies.

Home Navigators

If you're new to PD, a Home Navigator is your personal contact at Vantive for your first 90 days. They'll call to walk you through your deliveries and schedule, help with online ordering and UPS, explain the travel program, and connect you to anyone else at Vantive you need. You're assigned one person, so you're not starting over every time you call.
