EMR Integration

EMR Integration simplifies the connection between the PrisMax System and the hospital’s EMR system to enable auto-documentation and the creation of patient profiles.

Remote View

Remote View provides visibility to the PrisMax device screen from anywhere on the hospital network to support faster troubleshooting and decision-making. Remote View is intended to help enhance patient safety, streamline care coordination and optimize critical resource allocation.

Analytics 

Analytics provide clinicians and hospitals with metrics supporting key performance indicators (KPIs). These KPIs  are aligned with the published consensus recommendations for quality improvement in CRRT resulting from the Acute Disease Quality Initiative (ADQI).4

Consultation

Consultation supports CRRT quality improvement programs using data-driven analysis. A Vantive specialist reviews PrisMax data anonymously and securely sent to the cloud and captured in a hospital-specific dashboard. The specialist then collaborates with the hospital clinical team to examine metrics related to the ADQI-aligned KPIs and develop actionable insights to help optimize therapy delivery, reduce costs and improve resource utilization, focusing on:

  • Tracking and trending treatment delivery vs. 
    prescription to achieve therapy targets

  • Comparing results across units/shifts to promote
    consistent treatment

  • Analyzing device data to minimize therapy
    interruptions

Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) for patients weighing 20 kilograms or more with acute renal failure and/or fluid overload.

Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE) therapy for patients weighing 20 kilograms or more with diseases where removal of plasma components is indicated.
