Our commitment to our customers does not stop with the delivery of a Vantive device. We can help our customers make the most of their investment in whatever way works best for the hospital and its biomedical equipment technician team. We can provide contracted service for preventive maintenance and repair combined, for repair only or for digital connectivity. We can also provide on-demand support for these services, as well as comprehensive training to prepare in-house technicians to self-service their hospital's Vantive systems.

Our Field Service Engineers have daily experience installing and maintaining our machines as well as access to a global network of R&D experts to quickly solve the most complex and unique challenges.

If the biomedical equipment technician team prefers to maintain Vantive devices on their own, we offer training courses and OEM parts for order. We invest heavily in our team so they can invest their time and knowledge in our customers’ teams.
